WARNING: THIS POST HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH LUNCH, NOR CLUBS, NOR ANY OF THE OTHER BLOGGERS.
Hey, everyone (no one)! Long time no blog! LOOOOOOONG time no blog. I haven't blogged--on ANY of my blogs--since January! I am such an unreliable little bugger! Sorry for the British sounding language. It's just, I was bored today and I decided I would try watching Dr. Who. Being the one who always looks for freebees, I started by searching on YouTube. I found a band of British people who sang about Dr. Who. That started my day of listening to English accents. Then I went to Netflix on Demand, where there were about 10 results when I searched "Doctor Who". For instance: Doctor Who The Movie, Doctor Who, and Doctor Who: The Waters of Mars. I chose just plain "Doctor Who" because I figured no tag-ons would mean it was the original. Turns out, the show was a remake of some other super old show called "Doctor Who" and over the years there've been many tag-on series, like the Sarah Jane something Adventures? So this made me even more confused, a brain on a Saturday morning after a week of STAR Testing (California Standards School Testing or something like that) is NOT very functional. So I watched episode 1 of season 1 in "Doctor Who" and became THOROUGHLY CONFUSED. It just jumps into the plot line like, "Ohw, it's fine den. Awl 'em lil' bugga's 'il catch on" If somehow a British person is reading this, my apologies. I am not really a nice person all the time. And my typed English accent is even worse then my attempted spoken one. ANYways. Doctor Who and his sidekick have (What do you know?) BRITISH accents. After dinner today, my Dad decided to put on the extremely appropriate movie "The Full Monty," a movie full of guys who have THICK BRITISH ACCENTS. Is there a difference between British and English accents? If you've actually read this entire post, please please PLEASE take the time to comment and tell me! I've no ideer! (That's "idea" in a British/English accent) =P
BYE THEN!
